However, the MN-VS90 with its built-in cleaning and washing system enables you to combine both tasks – sweeping and washing in just one pass.

This is especially effective on mildly soiled floors as it lifts debris and deposits it into the rear dustbin. Unlike a disk brush, which will struggle over an uneven, textured or grooved floors – such as those in airport, malls, and some tiled areas – the roller brush effortlessly reaches every corner and crevice to remove hidden dirt. So for a floor with a groove expansion joint like at the airport or the diamond plating at a factory, the MN-VS90 is a far better airport floor scrubber or factory floor cleaner.

Endurance Engineering: Tanks and Batteries Built for Marathon Shifts

Running out of clean water and constantly needing to refill disrupt workflow and increases cleaning time for large-surface areas. Other commercial scrubbers need constant interruption to empty and refill tanks or to recharge battery systems at least every 45-60 minutes. We addressed this frustrating bottleneck by equipping the MN-VS90 with a 220L wastewater tank and a 160L clean water tank-double compared to many existing commercial scrubbers on the market. This dramatically reduces the frequency of emptying and refilling the tanks.

And on the power front, the reliable 36V 220Ah lead-acid battery powers you through for 3.5+ hours of continuous cleaning, reducing charge downtime and boosting operational efficiency.

To ensure even the most intense, long-duration use doesn’t damage the machine, we added overflow protection and a water level alarm system to protect the vacuum motor. The MN-VS90 was able to complete the whole job with just one charge and one top-up of water in real-world trials at a 30,000sqm logistics warehouse.

Adaptability Across Surfaces and Stains

Every large commercial premises is different. A glittering mall entrance with its smooth polished marble floor is hardly comparable with the oil-covered surface of a factory floor or a dust-strewn baggage handling facility in an airport. Therefore the MN-VS90 can be preset for ideal ground pressure using a single, ground-pressure adjustment key, the operating personnel can preset an ideal ground pressure value depending on the floor surface and the degree of dirt, and an optimal ground pressure, thereby achieving ideal cleaning effects and increased longevity of the roller brushes. Modes can also be changed through its smart touch-screen display, from standard maintenance use to intensive stain cleaning without delay. When combined with V-type squeegee (standard), the optimized vacuum channel of the squeegee brings amazing water-sucking performance to leave the floor dry after cleaning. With an excellent performance on oily surfaces and detergent applications, it is suitable for food production plants, car repair bays and commercial kitchens. And to prevent unnecessary wear on sensitive flooring when not in use, both the squeegee and floor brush automatically retract in reverse and parking modes.

For safety of operator, we have designed a seat-switch-driven system and work stops automatically when operator takes off from the seat, while steering speed acceleration provides protection against running at a certain speed turning-important to pass narrow hallways in an airport terminals or at a shopping center. In the front, we equipped solid 400mm PE antiskid wheels and all wheels are designed for extended operational hours.
