3. Significant forces affecting scrubbing performance:
The performance of a scrubber is brought down to three components namely namely clean performance.
The Brush System: It is the brushes that are in touch with the floor. POC (4) Scrubber Maintenance Tests to improve Lifespan.
The cost of a ride on scrubber is very high. This should be taken care by way of maintenance.
Daily: Fill and empty the recovery tank so as to avoid accumulation and odour. Clean the squeegee blades and examine them.
On a weekly basis: Inspect the brushes to check their wear and replace where necessary. Test battery water level (electric) and clean contacts of the charger.
Monthly: Check wear of tires on scrubber and check chassis of scrubber to ensure that nothing has been deposited. Make sure that all connections are tightened.
